薰衣草森林位于山里面， 路比较不好走而且很小 所以驾驶时需要小心但是你到达后 你决定不会后会 因为是实在是太漂亮了很赏心悦目！薰衣草开的季节都是在12月到3月之间哟！所以不要错过啦～推荐薰衣草雪糕！

It's a a very dreamy and whimsical place that costs NTD100 for an entry - but this can be offset against purchases at the giftshop and some eating outlets. The number of lavender plants seemed a little sparse for a place called Lavender Cottage, but whatever we saw was still pretty - and dreamy. Loved the stay here.

Pay NTD100 for entrance fees but can use it to offset purchase made in the park...prepare to take plenty of pics! Nice lavender related stuff to buy...& cafe with nice ambiance in the park!

It's a nice pleasant place to stroll around. My daughter had soap making experience; three different scent of soap you can have. There's a restaurant which you can have for lunch and dinner. We had lunch at outdoor, nice ambient...We stroll up to the top where a wishing tree-top can be found; nice and beautiful scenery from the top. They have a nice food as well, portion is substantial.Try the lavender ice-cream, it's yummy.

We stayed one night at Lavender house in November. There are only a total of 4 rooms, rate is at NT3800/room for a weekday. Communication for room availability and other enquiries were through their Facebook page. I wrote in English and they replied in Chinese! Good thing I was able to read Chinese alittle. Other travellers may need to use goggle translation for that.I was very impressed with the Minsu (B&B). Firstly we were greeted warmly by the housekeeper who also helped my mum dragged her hard case luggage up slope all the way to the Lavender house. Not easy as I was panting for breath dragging my own hard case luggage to the Lavender house. One thing to note: do travel light if you are staying here! The Lavender house was located at the back part of the attraction. Along the way, the housekeeping chatted with us, trying to point out the places we can explore after we were settled in. There are a beautiful common living, dining, kitchen area at the Lavender house. The kitchen opens out a nice balcony with greenery. Nice homely touches were felt everywhere, like a giant teddy bear at the sitting area, DVDs, and books for guests to select, herbal tea and the welcome herbal water offered to us when we checked in etc etc. The room itself looked new, was clean and cozy too. We had the Mint room. As explained by the housekeeper, this room has an additional lounger next to the bed. Free wifi with good connectivity. I was able to chat via Line without any disruption. Very happy with the room except there is no heating or air conditioning and there is no TV. Not a big problem for one night stay. Fan was provided but of course it was not used. The room was on a slightly cold side during our stay but still manageable. Dinner and breakfast were included in the room rate. The housekeeper immediately showed us the menu and we selected our main course. I had the Roasted chicken with honey and rosemary. Mum had the beef stew. Both served with rice. Dinner was served at one of their cafes. It was really dark after dinner when we tried to find our way back to the minsu. So bring a touchlight or install the touchlight app in your mobile phone. Movie can be played on a projector in the common living room on first come first served basis. We paid for the room in cash upon arrive. Breakfast was served in the house itself. Quite a delicious healthy breakfast consisting of salad, wholemeal bread, egg roll with ham and vegetables. The attraction opens only at 10.30am. Hence the guests are able to walk around the grounds of the Lavender cottage in privacy before that. Me and mum woke early and walked around the herb garden and drink tea. Very relaxing indeed.The attraction itself is like a small theme park. As we were guests at their minsu, we didn't pay the entrance fee. We were given a discount voucher to use at their gift shop. It was the starting of the Lavender season (Nov-Apr), hence the lavender we saw was sparsed. Don't expect fields of lavender there. Nice touches again with little swings, benches, cute corners for guests to rest or take photos. The main attractions are the Lavender garden, carousel, wishing tree and the indoor maze. Try to allocate at least 2-3 hours there to just relax in the park. There are a few cafes overlooking the greenery with alfresco seats. I tried the Lavender ice-cream, not bad but the lavender flavour was not there. There are two nice gift shops around the park. There are picnic food packages that you can buy and enjoy in the park. Very good idea indeed! I love picnics!Overall I would highly recommend anyone to visit and stay one night at their minsu! No regrets there!

Went on 14 Nov 2014.Took us quite a while to get there from Fengchia as it's quite deep into the mountains.But I felt it was really really worth it. I could spend at least 2-3 hours there, just relaxing and doing nothing.The entrance fee was TWD100 per adult, and they didn't charge me for my 6yo child. You will then be given 2 TWD50 vouchers which you can use it to purchase food or gifts.There was a musical horse carousel which cost TWD50 per ride. You can purchase the ticket at the cafe near the carousel. I bought a ticket for my child, and was then invited to take the ride with him foc. It could be that it was a really quiet morning and my child was the only "rider".I tried the Lavender ice cream (TWD50 for a cone). It tasted quite nice to me but my child hated it.You can also get a wish card from the cafe. Write down your wishes and go to the top of the hill to tie it to the wishing tree. And another thing I like about that place is that the toilets are really really clean!! They have alcohol spray to sanitize the loos if you need. I think they were also burning lavender essential oil around the area cos the toilets didn't smell bad at all. The souvenirs were quite reasonably priced. They had those dried flowers pouches going at TWD50 each. Bought another type of scent pouch, a wishing tube (with real lavender flower in it) and a pack of sweets. Cost less than TWD250 after deducting TWD100. I would definitely go again. And will stay overnight at the place if possible.Really magical place.
