Nice and cheap place to buy souvenirs. Be sure to have this place in your itinerary when you visit Baguio.

When in Baguio City, we like to shop at their City Market, the vegetable are fresh, lots of fish to choose from coming from Pangasinan and neighboring provinces, and of course used imported clothing at a very low prices. We also like their strawberry fruits and other preserved jams and jellies. You can find this place at the end of Session Road and near Burnham Park.Watch out also for their night market located near Burnham Park starting 9 o'clock in the evening.Lots of used clothing are sold there.

Baguio city is one of the most popular city for tourist in the Philippines. It will take almost 4 to 5 hours drive by bus from Manila. Nature is very beautiful here and the weather is cool. You can enjoy the mountains and also an old and calm city life here. The marker is so big and crowded, but still you never feel bored or irritated here. I came here just for a day and I will be back to the Tarlac city by evening bus. If I can able to come here again I must stay few nights here.

Just the BEST place to buy your pasalubong to your friends and families. Many stalls to buy from and really is wide.

If you want to buy fruits, jams or even pasalubongs, go here. It is in the heart of the city so you will not have any difficulty finding this. But, if you want to buy cheaper pasalubongs, go to good shepherd convent (esp. Jams and shirts). If you want to buy fresh strawberries, go to stall 382. She personally picks the strawberries which usually last for 3-4 days. Not bad :)

Vegetable are very fresh..Specially if you shop in the morning. You will love the fresh cabbage and the lettuce. But if you lived and grew up in Manila or abroad, it's the souvenir you are after. You can find dozens and dozens of souvenir shops ranging from hand woven Igorot Fabrics to hand sculpted keychains at a very very reasonable price. And if you are good enough in bargaining and haggling. You can get the best deal of the lifetime! This is a normal market so expect a crowd..And beware of Pickpockets.

Definitely should stop by here to buy some souvenirs. Almost all souvenirs can be found here for a cheap price. It's also one of the cleanest markets I've seen.

From Vegetables to Meat products, everything you find in Baguio City Market is just fresh! Not just the produce are guaranteed to be brought new but also the market is always clean! Ever since I was a child, visiting the market is a must for our family because there you can find souvenirs, baked goods, blankets, native products and freshest vegetables waiting to be brought home! There is also a section for Military Items that are for sale even to civilians like Shirts and Caps and Bags!

Before leaving Baguio, you should drop by the City Market. You'll find a lot of cheap products here. Some of the favorites include jams, rice crispies, peanut brittle, various cookies, Baguio products (like brooms), shirts, fruits and vegetables. Since Baguio is the main producers of fruits and vegetables that are being shipped to Metro Manila, crops here are much more cheaper and fresher to buy.Make sure to bring big recyclable bag to place items you buy.

With the mention of the Baguio public market, I remember trendy t-shirts, beautiful woolen wears, trinkets, handicrafts, kids wear, caps, scarfs, vegetarian chips & peanut butter. People are mostly friendly and smiling and well versed in English. You will find the market clean and relatively busy at some parts of the day.I was really taken away by the unique broom design which resembles a hand fan with a long handle and the beautiful coffee mugs which had BAGUIO CITY written on it. Don't forget to purchase a bottle of fresh honey, honey is famous here. It can be a great gift for anyone back home.I brought - cups, honey, scarfs, t shirts, key rings, wooden dolls, caps, ear rings, We must mention, we reached Baguio from Manila by victory liner bus, they were very comfortable and they took around 6 - 7 hours for the journey, they provide complimentary bottled water, snacks, WiFi, newspaper, tabs and a smiling lady staff to assist you during the journey. The bus had comfortable 2 x 1 seating with one restroom. So have a great trip!

Great and most affordable very fresh supply of newly harvested vegetables. Newly created part of Baguio City Public Market. Here you can really see how cheap it is. In Manila 1 piece of bell pepper would cost you more or less 45 pesos, but here in this part of Baguio City Public Market, you can buy it for 10 pesos per big bunches.

Every time I go here (which is every time I am in Baguio), I can't help but admire how the market administrators and stall holders have managed to consistently keep clean the sections devoted to souvenirs, fresh vegetables and fruits (including fresh strawberries for which Benguet is known), bottled/preserved foodstuffs, etc. Without fail, all tourists will go here before returning home to buy bagsful of assorted goodies. Prices are reasonable and almost uniform, but it's always better to make a quick canvass and haggle for discounts especially if you are buying in bulk. For a few pesos, teenage boys will tote all your heavy purchases as you go around.

Name what you need and come to Baguio City Market. From fresh fruits and vegetables to dried fish, meat and meat products, clothing and accessories, jewelries, electronic devices and gadgets, hardware, housewares, souvenir items, fancy products, 'ukay-ukay' and more ... specialty shops, fast food chains, restaurants, beauty and wellness centers, spas, travel agencies and booking stations .. even transport terminals for jeepneys and buses plying within the city and suburbs can be found right here. Good to see some improvement as the section for souvenir products had been made spacious with high-ceiling. Shopping has become easier and more enjoyable. Remain cautious though and be watchful of personal effects as pick pockets and 'salisi gang' remain a problem.
