Blueheel is to dance studios what Cheers was to neighbourhood bars! A fun place where you can learn to dance, but more than that, a place where you go to relax, spend time chatting with some great people and just forget about the many stressors in your life for a couple of hours. I'm so glad I found this place...a true gem!!

We sincerely regret that you had an unhappy customer experience. Being a small business, we know our success relies on the positive experience of our clients and it has always been our working goal to do so. We are frankly quite surprised at the escalation of the situation as we have been in business for over 10 years and received positive endorsements from our clients and community organizations alike. We do regret that this was not so in your case. Our company policy is to replace any lesson that a client is not, within reason, happy with. My business partner, with whom you spoke, did offer a store credit which is our company policy but if you are that unhappy with the studio, please email me directly at caroline@blueheel.ca and I will arrange a refund.
