You may be well travelled and think you have seen it all. You haven't seen anything until you have visited Gnomesville!! This is the most unlikely thing I have seen. Gnomes have gathered here in their thousands in this wooded glen, from all over the world, as well as local ones. I am not a gnome lover but this quirky place is a must visit.

Quite an impressive display of gnomes lining the highway. Some witty displays and if you have come all that way you have to stop off to say you have been there and done that.

The Grand Daughters enjoyed it and a lot more Gnomes that I though. Enjoyed a lot of the comments and sayingsGnome away from Home etc amazing how it started with one Gnome and it has grown to so many.

I found Gnomesville to be quite a disturbing experience. It looked and felt like a cemetery. I had heard about it and expected much more.

It's just too good, lovely place to walk around through thousands of colorful gnomes brought from around the world. Kids and elder both can enjoy the beauty of this awesome place. Truly amazing. It is a must see spot in WA.

The array of gnomes were scattered amongst the trees and along all the side tracks. There were gnomes that had been left by international and Australian visitors alike. The numbers of gnomes were staggering, a great place for the young and young at heart to visit.

I actually didn't like this place. ..to much and a lot of rotten figurines..I expected a nice place but it reminded me more of a cemetery

I took my US visitor here as she likes quirky. Quirky she got! She was gobsmacked by Gnomesville, even though neither of us is into gnomes. She even purchased a gnome in southern California to bring with her and leave at Gnomesville. There are thousands of gnomes here, left by people like her. This is one of the most bizarre and amazing attractions in southwest Australia -- and even many who live here don't know it exists. There's nothing here except gnomes -- don't expect any sort of signposting, marketing, food kiosks, toilets etc. It's just a clearing by the side of a road in a forest. But it is an amazing place and well worth the small detour from Dardanup.

Gnome is where the Heart is.... and many more saying are scattered throughout Gnomesville. Amazing to walk through and see all the different displays.Legend goes that a sports fields was promised by the local council who went back on their word and put in a round about instead. In protest the locals put some gnomes in the round about. Council cleaned up and put them on the side of the road and here it just grew into its own little Gnome Village. More than just a village it's really become a suburban spread of Gnomes. Many people being their own to place in Gnomesville, often having created fun and outrageous sayings to go with their status. Its a definite must see... even just to say that you have been there!

Truly amazing. Wonderful how people have added to the site over the year and created a children's wonderland. Well worth deviating from your trip to visit.

Gnomesville is a little off the beaten track, most easily accessed from Dardanup or just to the south of Donnybrook. It appeals to all ages, though especially to young children who are enthralled by the thousands of gnomes gathered along the brook and through the trees (even up some of them). This seems to be a self perpetuating attraction with people leaving gnomes behind all the time, from all over the world too. A wonderful non commercialised attraction, well worth the drive, the scenery around there is wonderful too.

For a visit to a wonderful place that just makes you smile, try "Gnomesville".There are thousands of gnomes that have been placed by people from all around the world many with funny little ditti's on the them. After the shock of seeing just how many gnomes there are you cannot help but smile and feel really wonderful.Would be better if the council allowed/encouraged a snack, coffee vendor van to be there. I suggest you bring a Gnome with your family name on it to leave with the others from around the world.

This was quite a big surprise to arrive at this place. Photos dont do it justice. We had our gnomes already purchased and written on. Places to picnic too. Theres a stream with alot dotted around, apparently when the river floods they float away and locals put them back :)

Gnomesville was the highlight of my 2 week holiday in WA. It was such an eye opening visit for me. Firstly I didn't realize gnomes were still available for sale and secondly, that there could he soo many I one place. Reading all the plaques and memoirs that were written were so lovely to see

Wow you will be amazed at the number of gnomes in this little magical dell along side a round about in the Ferguson Valley. You can walk the little roads and over a bridge and it seems to just keep going on. There would be thousands of gnomes in family groups, a Police Station, a Detention Centre even sitting on mossy logs. There was a bus load of gnomes, they were in school groups and up in trees. I believe this place is suitable for all ages unless you are a grumpy gnome. Good fun so put it on your list of fun places to visit.
