During the day you can relax or do some excercise here. You also have something to eat. Then, at night, you can have fun at discos or only have a relaxing dinner. This is a nice park to wonder around, however it does not have nothing special in it. The nicest thing is to walk next to the river... a big one

This was a very clean park to visit. It has a great view of the river and what I believe was a school along side it. The "school" has a small garden by the side of the building and wonderful graffiti art on the back that decorates the walls of the school. Great for photo taking. It was a hot day when we went to visit with our 3 dogs. We brought a blanket to lay in the shade and some snacks. There was an icecream man, and a fruit cup man selling throughout the day. It would be nice if they had a few food truck vendors like the other plazas in the city. Overall it was a very nice relaxing area with trees for shade, a playground for kids, and nice relaxing view of the river.

I lived in Rosario for one year and one of my favorite places to relax and hang out was Parque de Espana, there are loads of people walking around selling some food and drinks so you can just bring a blanket and relax in the sun. By night the park fills with life as the huge skateboard and rollerskating platform fills with people and music! It's pretty safe since there are lights everywhere and most of the people on the platforms are there just to have a good time. There's also a taxi-station right next to the park.Visited multiple times

el parque es un lugar muy agradable de visitar. Cuenta con una agradable vista. Ideal para distenderse de todo lo trabajado durante el dia y disfrutar de un buen mate argentino. Además, lindo espacio para llevar a jugar y pasar la tarde a los hijos, sobrinos, primos, etc. Si se los tiene en edades pequeñasHermoso lugar para pasar una tarde junto con amigos

Es una zona que visitó asiduamente, caminando, disfrutando de las hermosas vistas de la ciudad de Rosario. El río, sus barcos, las islas, todo encantador. Para descansar la mente.

Como soy arquitecta, lo vi nacer.Cada vez que vienen amigos a visitar la ciudad, los llevo al Parque de España.Las vistas al rio Paraná son maravillosas. Yo les recomiendo visitarlo al atardecer, pero no pueden dejar de ir. Al parque y los alrededores también.

De este parque también suelo hablar en mi blog de viajes. Es uno de los lugares que frecuento a menudo, 2 o 3 veces a la semana. Es un hermoso parque dedicado a España pero en Rosario, Argentina.Como un monumento que se levanta sobre la barranca del río, es uno de los lugares que recomiendo visitar sin lugar a dudas a la hora de caminar disfrutando de un balcón impecable. El ir y venir de los grandes barcos o los veleros, el panorama de las islas, la gente instalada sobre todos los espacios verdes, los jóvenes patinando sobre el playón o la visita del complejo cultural forman el pack básico de la visita de este parque de Rosario.No se lo pierdan.

Mucho verde, una frondosa arboleda de variadas especies, muchas actividades gratuitas al aire libre y ferias de artesanos

Aunque esta muy cerca del edificado centro de la ciudad, el Parque de España totalmente rodeado de verde y aire fresco de río. Espectacular para relajarte, increíble para los amantes de la fotografía y un destino único para el que quiere despejar cuerpo y mente. Tiene un par de locales gastronómicos para tomar o comer algo con aire de río, mucho verde apto para picnics y uno que otro sillón para relajarse junto con el Parana.

Vale la pena visitarlo no sólo con el fin de pasear sino también de fotear un rato. No me animé a ir de noche pero creo que debe ser muy lindo, ocurre que una mujer sola y con un equipo fotográfico . . . no es la mejor forma de pasear por un parque de noche.
