Beautiful view of Tampa especially at night. A great place to take a jog or walk. Go at dusk when Tampa starts to light up. This is the location for the Gasparilla parade, you don't want to miss Tampa's version of Marti Gras all in one afternoon.

It was always lovely to walk along which we did every day...You can stop to speak to all the people that are fishing...View from here to downtown tampa nice

This is one of my favorite spots to drive, walk or run. It is just a beautiful scene to look out at the water and it is so lively with people always being there. I love when there is an event along Bayshore.

Oh what fun!!! This is a beautifully paved path that runs along the Tampa Bay in the downtown area of Tampa. We biked this on a Sunday late morning/early afternoon and it was lovely. The only negative was a lot of other people had the same thought which made it quite crowded at times, but nonetheless an excellent choice. There are walkers, runners, bikers, old, young strollers, you name it that use this trail. The sights are beautiful. Water, high rise apartments, condos, bridges - so much to see. It's probably about 8 miles in length into the city where you can take the Riverwalk and wander throughout the high rise buildings. Again, on a Sunday, not a lot of traffic and very doable on bike or if walking. If you have the energy, head down to Ballast Point Park which is a couple of miles past the south end of the trail. This is a lovely park with a great pier that offers refreshments and food.

Although it can get a bit busy on weekends, Bayshore Boulevard, the world's longest continuous sidewalk, is such a gorgeous place to skate, bike, walk, or run. With a distance of 4.2 miles, however you travel on it, it's not only a good activity for your health but also for your mind. As long as the weather is clear, skies are blue, and there's a bit of a breeze, one can't help but find the experience restorative, as you marvel at the beauty of a gorgeous day on the water. Nice views of beautiful, and some historic mansions on the opposite side of the street that each of their own individual style and are all pleasant to look at. I've never attended the Gasparilla Parade, which makes its way down this same street, because I prefer peace over chaos. So, if you are like me,and your preference is a peaceful activity, come on down to Bayshore just to drink in the beauty of this location. Why not stop in at The Colonnade, also, the only restaurant on the boulevard, and enjoy a sandwich, seafood, and a cold drink. It's all good!

This walkway offers a stunningly beautiful place to walk/jog/run along the bay. We entered at the southern end, and parked along one of the sidestreets. Many of the homes are very nice to look at as well! I understand that there are some parking lots, but wasn't sure where they were located.Got a little nervous when I saw several homes displaying a "Five Minute Street Parking Only" sign (with a Tampa ordinance #) in front of them, when we walked back on a different street. No homes on the street where we parked had these signs, so I hoped that the law only applied to homes which displayed a sign. Luckily our rental car was not towed or ticketed when we returned. I completely understand the need for restrictions such as this, because the residential streets would be clogged and disruptive to the residents on a busy day. Next time, before I go back, I'll research the parking options better! But it is a beautiful place to walk!

and probably one of the prettiest. I drive almost its entire length every morning and every evening on my way to and from my office on Davis Island. Right beside the Bay. Always loaded with joggers, walkers and people just out for a stroll. The two-legged scenery is always nice, if you get my drift. Homes in the area are really pretty too. And don't forget, it is home to the Gasparilla Parade! The biggest problem is finding a place to park, if you don't already live in the area.

I had the opportunity to run in the Gasparilla Distance Classic 8k race. We ran down Bayshore Blvd and back. It is so beautiful that it is distracting and I even had to stop several times to take pictures.

Long sidewalk that is quiet and peaceful on the tampa bay. Sometimes I see dolphins on my early morning run.

Such a nice drive and scenic view. Unfortunately, only the passengers can really look because the road is narrow. But the homes, condos, and beautiful Tampa Bay are not to be missed. You need to see it at least once if you're in the area.

Great for people who like a mix of nature and urban exploring. Long and spacious with some beautiful views.

Best ever place for a run/walk/skate or bike outing. The scenery is guaranteed to take your breath away. Be sure and watch for sea life like dolphins, rays, etc.

Best place to run in Tampa. Most beautiful view of Downtown skyline. Gives access to Ballast Point pier and Downtown.

We took a stroll on Valentines Day along beautiful Bayshore Blvd. ..with the Tampa skyline beside us and the warm sun ...it made for a magical moment. We saw lots of families, pet walkers and runners also enjoying the scenery.

As much as people like to claim this is a "linear park", let's get real--it's a sidewalk along the bay! It is scenic because of the water and the mansions across the street, but there is no shade, almost no place to sit, and very little parking. If you live nearby, you can benefit the most. If you don't, you should still check it out, but be prepared to hunt for parking.
