Combining hands-on kids' activities and a very well designed information flow, the KHS has created an impressive local history museum. It's small but very well put together - you won't get lost for half the day and you'll gain great perspective on how the area has developed and why many things are the way they are now.Every visitor and certainly every local should visit at least once!

Take a walk back in time to the early days of Kitsap County. This small but very well-presented museum also has a hands-on room for the kids and rotating displays upstairs. There's several other speciality museums in the area to include in a nice day outing, esp. with the kids.
