I took my mom and sister here during Fall season more specifically in (September) because you get to actually enjoy the park for yourself. During summer season this place gets overly crowded.
This park is located near the airport. We were staying at a nearby hotel for an early morning flight so walking to the park was a good thing to do. There is a short path to the fishing pier and the lake. If you are traveling with children, there is a nice playground and a spray pool. The restrooms were clean. I think kids would also like watching the planes take off outside which is not something you can do at many airports. The view of the lake with evergreen trees and mountains would make a nice photo.
A nice place near the airport where you can pause and spend a little time before leaving the area or getting on a plane.
If you have to pick up someone at SeaTac, this would be a nice place to enjoy while you're waiting for the text that they've landed (well at least from dawn until dusk). Yes, you can hear planes overhead, but it's a nice little surprise in all the airport area hubbub! There's a dock and a swimming beach right on Angle Lake. Over large expanses of inviting green grass, there are picnic tables and covered eating areas, a playground, and a water play area that includes a big bucket that spills out. Makes you want to be a kid again! There is free parking, but I imagine on a hot day those spaces fill up fast.It would also be a nice opportunity to get outdoors if you were staying at any of the airport hotels across the street.
Right across the street from my hotel. Felt safe and people were fishing off lf the pier and feeding the ducks.playground equipment and restrooms.
Great place for a picnic or for just relaxing. This park is across International Blvd. from Comfort Suites and Inns and several other hotels.
We were surprised to find a nice little park like this at Sea-Tac. The day we went, they were setting up for their International Festival which was like a fair with booths and food. We had to leave before it officially started, but it looked like it would be a very nice activity to go to. The park has a lake and camping areas, and a really nice splash dock. We felt that our visit was very worthwhile.
We were just walking around waiting to check in to our hotel and came across this pretty park, play swings and slides, a lake pool to swim in, squirrels and ducks, picnic tables and BBQs, bathroom facilities and beautiful big red wood trees.
Nice playground for the little ones to get rid of that energy before the plane trip, or just enjoy a picnic lunch.
We walked to the park and noted the dock with people fishing as well as plenty of space for picnicking. Very peaceful and just steps from highway 99, International Boulevard.
This was a lovely place to sit and take a break for the hub bub around. Loved being able to just sit an watch ducks and birds and squirrels.
I liked the location. Right in the heart of International Blvd. , you can walk to this park from just about any airport hotel.
Lovely facility facing Angle Lake with new state of the art waterpark. The new picnic area was just being completed during my stay. They had a free kids lunch and afternoon snack everyday from mid June to end of August. Free music in the park on Friday evenings (6:30).
We never made it out of the car. It was terribly crowded on Saturday afternoon. Parking was a nightmare. Park visitors walked thru the parking lot carelessly. The overall scene was stressful. This park is well used by families. It appeared to be very congested, not at all relaxing.
The park is small and can be nice for family with younger children. My husband and I were looking for a nice place to run. THis is not it!
