We actually arrived at 4:30 and they close at 5- so we were allowed to only pay $3 each instead of $5 each but were not able to take a wagon ride since it was late in the day. Cash and check only. However, we did enjoy petting all the baby animals and seeing the chickens. We even bought a dozen eggs for $2!! Yum! Can't wait to go back earlier in the day next time so we can experience the wagon ride tour of the farm.

I've never had more of a one-on-one experience. These two are great. The animals are nice and healthy. Whether you are petting or just looking, what a great little functioning farm for both kids and adults alike.

Be aware, first of all, that they are a cash-only establishment. We had to run across the street to Bronner's and use the ATM, because we rarely have cash. We took our 3 year old and she was a bit overwhelmed by the one-on-one tour with the strange lady she didn't know, and didn't really want to touch or pet most of the animals, which were a bit frightening to her, up close and real.However, we adults enjoyed petting the sheep, donkey, newborn calf, and mama cow and learning about how the farm functioned and the animals were fed.When it came time for the tractor ride, our daughter balked and refused to go, so our guide gave her a coloring book instead, which made her happy.Probably a great place for older, less timid kids. In general, I felt like I made a $15 donation to preserve a nice farm. We'll try again when she's older.

Real nice place. The guides were very accomodating and knowledgeable. I was able to pet a bunch of adorable little animals and even try milking a cow. I would think this place would be great for little children. We enjoyed going through the one room school house. I guess I was expecting a little bigger operation, but I really enjoyed my time there. It's real nice for what it is.

This farm offer a tour that explains how a small farm is run. You get to see and touch some farm animals. When we where there, 2 adults and 2 girls 9 and 11 years, a chicken laid an egg. The girls got to hold the egg feel how warm it was to touch. The young women you took us around explained why there was a moist coating on the egg. It was an enjoyable hour or so for a very reasonable fee.This attraction is worth going to and supporting. One would like to see it continue to operate.

This is our second visit to Grandpa Tiny's, and we enjoyed it as much as the first. For the paltry sum of 5 bucks a person, you get a personalized family tour of the entire farm and an entire course in animal husbandry! The children and adults are invited to climb into the pens and get up close and personal with every animal possible. The tour concludes with a horse-drawn wagon ride around the entire farm as Farmer Ed (I think) tells you all about growing the crops, raising the animals, and cracks jokes in between! Great fun and education for the whole family!

Me and my son visited yesterday and really enjoyed the interesting (and private!) tour. The staff is very knowledgeable, very kind, telling jokes, stories and willing to answer the questions. This is really a unique farm and visiting there was really refreshing compared to all the standard farms of nowadays.

A great opportunity to tour a real working farm! This farm is family operated. The wagon ride is infomative and entertaining at the same time. We loved the opportunity to get into the pens with the animals. There were lots of baby/young animals to see, hold and/or pet. It was a visit enjoyed by our entire family.

An absolutely must see. Kids and adults will love this guided tour and all the animals. Don't miss it. Just to the east of Bronners.

We live 20 minutes from Frankenmuth and just recently did we find out about this place. It's much less "touristy" than other Frankenmuth locations. It's fun, informative and hands on! Great for kids and families and very affordable.

So glad we checked out this real working farm. We had a narrated wagon ride and our tour guide/driver was very funny! He was quite knowledgeable of their farm and the various crops that they grow. He had us all laughing. We were given a tour of the inside of the barn and encouraged to go in the various pens and pet the animals. The baby chicks and bunnies were so adorable.

This is an informative and hands on experience. You are guided through the farm and you can pet the animals. You also have the option to take a wagon ride which we did and enjoyed. Narrative was interesting and humorous.

I had never heard a chick peeping inside its shell before our visit to Grandpa Tiny's. we held newly hatched chicks and rabbits and petted many other animals. Our guide was patient with all our questions. Our kids loved it!

Myself, parents, and children visited Grandpa tiny's farm. It was a great experience for all of us!! Our tour guides were informative and fun. We all enjoyed the animals and the carriage ride :) plus it was reasonably priced

My family and I visited Grandpa Tiny's Farm during their annual Farm Fest in August. I wasn't sure what to expect, or if my city raised kids would even enjoy it, but we loved it and ended up spending much more time at the farm than I had planned! We were able to see farm equipment on display and in use, pet animals, tour the old country farmhouse, go inside the old one room school house, walk the corn maze, ride the kid's barrel ride, and take a wagon tour of the farm. I'm not sure if all of those things are available all the time or if some of them were there specially for the Farm Fest, but either way, I'd still recommend stopping by and seeing what the farm has to offer. It's fun for the whole family. Even my two teenagers were able to get over acting "cool" and enjoy learning about life on a farm.
