If you like to shoot or think you might like to shoot this is the place to go, a little expensive, however on Wednesdays it is date night, ladies are half price.

I am a member at CSA. Very safe, knowledgeable & friendly staff. Guys it's the best place to take your girl on a date. Believe me!

My husband is an avid shooter and throughly enjoyed his day here. They have multiple ranges and really nice sound proofing.

Good place to go to shoot your firearms or try one of theirs. Good selection of firearms and ammo. They will set up appointments for Harley Owner Groups and other groups.

I have shot at CSA in Richmond before. Had a great experience! Friendly and helpful staff at the sales counter, at the range desk and the range officers are also very friendly and helpful. This time my wife wanted to go shooting to celebrate her birthday. So 8 of us went as a group and got a private range. Two in the group had never shot a gun, three others had only been shooting once before and the other three including myself are experienced shooters. We had our own weapons, ammo and glasses. We bought targets and rented hearing protection only. Although you can rent a variety of guns and purchase ammo and anything else you need at CSA. We shot a variety of handguns and an AR and AK. EVERYONE in the group walked out talking about how much fun we had. Especially the two who had never shot before!It was an excellent event to celebrate my wife's birthday! The staff at CSA couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. I highly recommend CSA as a date night experience or a group outing with friends or family.

As a traveler to this city about once a year, I always find myself returning to CSA. I can say without question that this is the finest indoor shooting range in the country, period. I really wish they would expand into other cities (including mine!) They do have another location in VA. The staff is very profession. Great selection of supplies and very fair prices. I'll be back as soon as I can!

Took my cousin shooting here recently - the building itself is very nice, clean and a great variety of firearms and accessories. Rented an AR-15 with a laser dot sight; you watch a quick safety video which is good. Rental and ammo was cheap & the range itself was very nice- looking forward to going back!

Very nice staff, very respectful. Staff is very knowledgeable and treat you like a lady or gentleman. I've been to a lot of ranges where people just ignore you if you're young or too girly. The classes are very interesting and fun - you can tell the instructors take their job seriously. The whole facility is very clean - I was amazed. I really felt like every dollar spent was worth it. They have a great variety of guns to choose from at pretty good prices, I might say. Including consignment/used guns.

My husband and I had always wanted to go shooting together and we are so glad that we chose CSA. The staff explained the different types of hand guns to us. We really enjoyed the experience.

Good membership program. Good video training program before you are allowed to shoot. Nice ranges with good filtration. Range monitors to keep everyone safe. They rent automatic weapons. Parking is sometimes a problem. Reserved time for members. Gun sells are just ok in regards to price. Very high (even for members) FFL transfer fee. This is the best range in Richmond area and one of the best I have been to in several states.

Colonial has amazing staff and selection and is one of the cleanest and most comfortable ranges I have ever been too. Great selection of everything for the shooting sports

My kids 13 and 10 tried it and the instructors were true professionals the instructions were simple and the instructor was comfortable and knowledgeable and put us all at ease. My children are first timers and the learned about gun safety and how to handle and gun. They were awesome in this place. They had a blast and they wanted to go back the next day! I recommend it highly.

I've been here several times. I have found it to be a clean,modern and extremely safe environment. Range safety officers put an emphasis on safety. Store is well stocked with a wide variety of items. You can rent guns and also sell them there. Prices are reasonable.

I am a beginner who has yet to purchase a gun, however, I have been to C.S.A. four times now and could not be more impressed. From their variety of gun rental choices, to the friendly staff, to the impressive cleanliness and professionalism, you can't possibly get better than this. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ALL GUN LOVERS!!!

Upon entering, we were greeted by a friendly front desk person who proceeded to give us a nice tour of the facility. As we were just visitors for the week, a membership was not needed, however if I did live in the region I would definitely be a member. This IS a First Class operation! (and Safe) I would love to spend many more days here. The selection of products was awesome and prices were fair. I spent quite a while on the range and did not feel rushed or pressured. Anytime I’m back in Richmond again, I’ll be at CSA.
