Son's 25th birthday party with 10 of his friends. They offered a private guild/referee and 9 great courses that were action packed. Would do this again and again. Our group was men 11-49 with some father sons. Everyone had a great time and was a great bonding opportunity. Cost was about the same a movie and popcorn and you can purchase more paint balls and play as long as you want. Good safety and controlled setting.

We went with a group of 7 (ages ranging from 18-25) and walked out of there with huge smiles and promising to be back. Two friends hadn't played paintball before while the rest of us had only played once. They went over how to do everything, gave a very short but informative safety course, made sure our gear was on proper, and had our tanks of air already full. We were originally paired with a BUNCH of kids and it irritated us but after two rounds we were separated and our day got so much better. Our ref was very nice and fun and went along with what we wanted to do as long as it was safe to do. The price was great. The other close paintball shop had a cheaper field fee but the paint was a lot more for the amount you get. You automatically get the 100 rounds and it's only $25 for another 500. Then if you buy a case it drops the price by $20. We had an uneven amount of people so they opened a case and let us buy what we actually wanted at the same price which was awesome! Everyone was very nice and very helpful. The ref's only work as volunteers so they get tipped and they work really hard for them and they deserve it! Without a doubt going back!!!!

Went here, and had lots of options for shooting each other. Good times. Good setup. Bathroom could be better, but overall fun

Six teens/young adults went on a recent Sunday early afternoon. We each had a hundred bullets which went fast, so we chipped in for 500 more. The course was fun--not too strenuous. The workers took abuse from other guests but remained polite and professional to us.

Very different layout. Owners were extremely nice and still going through growing pains as their business grows. Staff was great to play with, but be prepared for hiking (literallly). Great workout and the the Iwo Jima course is intense to say the least. I would highly recommend them for the customer service. Great first time experience and we will certainly return to play again

Our grandson was turning 12 and wanted a paintball party. Being a good mom, our daughter worked it out and the battle was on. Three adults and 7 preteens geared up for battle at the Austin Paintball park, which is in Dripping Springs, not Austin. Unfortunately, it was no where near the Dripping Springs vodka distillery, or we might have turned the battle into a raid on the place. To be honest, this your intrepid reviewer's first paintball experience. However, I have seen a number of such facilities and undergone tactical training with firearms and airsoft weapons. That was fun, but this was a real treat. The owners have set up a number of different fields for the games and each has its own challenges. On this day we waged paintball war in two different settings, taking turns being defenders and aggressors. Unlike real battles, we shifted teams around to even out experience and aggressiveness, allowing everyone to win in at least one game. The fields or courses range from simple and relatively easy to trenches and a king of the hill setting that we saved for another day. The staff was great, having almost as much fun as the participants. They were also very professional in the way they dealt with adults and the younger folks as well. The only caveat, other than the risk of having your grandson sneak up on you and knock you out of the game, this a paintball park only. It does not have concessions or many amenities. It does have basic, but very clean, restrooms. Other than that, bring your own water, sodas and food. This was a great experience for all those involved. One young man told our grandson this was the best birthday party ever! Keep in mind it is a very physical activity and is not for the extremely sedentary or the timid for that matter. Younger kids can have competitions with spring powered guns that are very basic. Still, one group we observed seemed to has as much fun as the older kids and adults using the semi-automatic gas powered guns.
