I have been going to Mines Falls since I was a kid. Walking along the river is beautiful. In the warm weather you can always see the turtles sunning on logs, often you can also see fish swimming along in the river. It is a great place to enjoy nature and burn some calories. We also love walking our dog here - keep them on the leash though. There are no public bathrooms, but it is very close to a shopping plaza. I would also suggest not being in the park alone when it is dark - not a safe idea.

Went walking here with friends. The trails are well marked. You can be in a wooded area or near different water feature. You can see turtles or swans. There are many access points. We went in near UPS. Have also hiked alone going in near the Y. It is a true piece of serenity in a city.

I visit Mine Falls quite often. It's a great place for snow shoeing, running, and dog walking. It has quite a few trails, one of which passes the falls and others that run by the river. There are also some smaller trails where you rarely run into other folks. In the winter you can feed the Canadian Geese, and sometimes see woodland creatures. Nice park.

Wow i think this is the best place in nashua to run and walk. Really good trials. Always clean. I think it needs more signs. Summer time you can bring the whole family. Nice views. Easy acess

Went for a run through the park today. We've had some winds and rain in the last month and the city has done a great job cleaning up the trails. There are many miles of trails for walking, running, biking with a mix of heavily traveled trails as well as some out of the way trails where it is rare to see anyone else.Trails are a mix of paved, packed microgravel and typical 'back woods' trails.

The park has many trails that follow the old canal and also has a large recreation area for soccer and softball. A walk along the canal was most enjoyable.

Good bike ride for all ages. No hills. Good for walking the dog since the paths are wide. Not very woodsy. Would not call this a forest by any means. The city can be heard from all areas of the park. Not a good idea to go walking here alone at night since it's so close to the city some people maybe using it for sleeping.

This is a lovely forested park along the river, with nice autumn colour. Very handy for us as it is a few minutes walk from our relatives' home.

Pretty place to talk a family walk. Well maintained paths lots of water for scenery. Lot of locals use this as a place for their daily walk and it is easy to see why. See photos on google.

Mine Falls has great biking trails for all experience levels. Great scenic trails along the Nashua River, including dams, canals, historic waterways and mills.

Great park to go and walk the trails. There are a few different trails and they go along a very pretty route with trees and small waterfalls. In the fall, it is really nice to walk there to see all the pretty fall colors.

I love to walk to many winding trails at Mines Falls Park. There are several trails to walk/jog. The scenery is beautiful, and there are clearly marked paths to let you be a part of nature and feel secure that you won't get lost. I enjoy several long walks/jogs at Mines Falls, especially in the fall when the leaves change.

We spent the day riding our bikes in the park along the numerous colored trails, and then some. We have hybrid bikes which enabled us to use both the paved and the unpaved paths. Most were easy rides, some more suitable to mountain bikes, like the orange trail. It is a lovely park in the woods, along ponds and canals, and well kept. There are numerous entrances to the park, but we found the easiest parking to be just off 101, behind the Nashua Mall. Take the road passed Hannafords to the end. Only negatives were the infrequent portal toilets and lack of benches, but it was a lovely oasis in Nashua.

How can you believe that there is a huge forested park in the middle of New Hampshire's second biggest and busiest town? Well, there is, and it is magnificent! Filled with both wide and short walking trails where people walk, run, bicycle, and bring their dogs. The Nashua River winds throughout, and there are some very scenic, quiet places where you can spread out and have a wonderful picnic. Some waterfalls to see on side paths. You will have a great time here!

My husband and I take our dog to the park and walk the nice clean flat trails. We see joggers, Mom's and Dad's with there young children and older folks all getting there exercise! The river is pretty clean and you can see fishes and sometimes turtles! Mine Falls Park is Nashua's natural gem.
