rita's

Rita was very nasty to a lovely (60 something) couple that were in her store. She went so far to call them ignorant and yelled at them and belittled them all because he wanted to buy a piece of furniture and thought he was being nice by moving it to the register so she wouldn't have to lift it. He said "no problem, I didn't want you to have to lift it".....She YELLED (and I mean yelled) "IT IS A PROBLEM" and ranted and called them names....and when they decided to leave the store without purchasing the item. She followed them out and kept calling them ignorant fools!.....WOW I have never seen this kind of behavior from a small business owner before. I left the store without buying the item I was going to purchase. This kind of behavior is uncalled for. In the words of the poor woman being yelled at.....she turned and said to the shop owner "YOU ARE MEAN".....

We bought a couch and loveseat from Rita's and could not be happier ! The set was in perfect condition and they even delivered it ! Thank you Pat !

I stop in at Ritas often. I am amazed at the different items she has for sale each week. The store is organized and the prices are very reasonable!

My wife and I had just finished a great meal at the Depot Cafe across route 122, were curious about what was inside this eclectic looking storefront, and we found a dinning room set that we had to have. The owner of Rita's was extremely helpful, honest and even solicited the help of a gentleman that worked at Harry's Pizza next door to help loading of the set into my pick up truck.So, let me know if you find a better collection of stuff, at a better place, with a nicer owner and we will both benefit from the exchange.

Rita's is a unique store. It has 3 stores in one, a Second Time Around, a Gift & Home Decor, and a Dollar Store. They also carry all types of new and used furntiure. The items change all the time. There store hours are Thursday 12-8, Friday 9-8, Saturday 9-6 and Sunday 10-2.
