We had to go to Isabel Segundo one day for some cash and happened to walk right by this Gallery and on the way back from looking at the harbor decided to get in out of the sun. We were immediately given a friendly greeting by the lady behind the counter who, judging by her intimate knowledge of the Gallery and of Vieques at large, we figured was the very Siddhia Hutchinson, (I hate to ask obvious questions like…. are you really THAT person?) So we had a pleasant chat about the community and various quality-of-life efforts she is immersed in. Definitely a place that cares about the local community and is doing a fine job featuring local artistic talent. On our next visit we might consider selecting some pieces that I assume she would be happy to ship back to us. Definitely worth going to more than once.

Always has interesting displays and shows. The outstanding owner creates art from various media. They have reasonable prints of local scenes.

Wood carvings, jewelry, local paintings offer the chance to bring a bit of Vieques back home. Salesperson was from Vermont and had a keen eye for local art worth buying.

I bought a horse print here last year. It is now framed and hanging in my hallway back home. A little like taking one of those roaming horses with me.Impressed by the quality of offerings at this Vieques gallery. Not sure what I'll bring home this time but it fun to meander and ponder. The staff are happy to share info on the pieces and the artists.

If you are looking to bring home a permanent reminder of paradise you will find excellent art at this gallery. It is one of the few places to shop in Vieques!

We visited her studio in 2010, bought some of her art and wish we had bought more. It is so beautiful and colorful, and truly depicts the island feel. Make sure you touch base with Siddhia about what she was thinking when she was creating the painting as it provides a wonderful back story when your friends ask you about the art and artist. Siddhia is a class act.

No matter how much you have to or want to spend, you can find something here. All local, all creative, some more so than others. We bought 2 small ceramic pieces mounted on driftwood. Unique, lovely, and affordable at $40 each. Silver jewelry, leather, gems, oil paintings, small sculpture...it's all there. Go!

Interesting collection of the artists work and some other artists ceramics, jewelry, metal work. There are only two galleries on Vieques. So visit both!

Siddhia is fantastic and she has a wonderful selection of art available - watercolors, oil, jewelry, toys, house items. We really enjoyed the multiple trips we made to her gallery!

A small island with a high quality gallery. How lucky for us. They have a good eye, pick inventive work and are kind to everyone.
