abbotsford recreation centre

We went swimming here and used the hot tub.Overall it was a very good experience. Water temp. was perfect in both the pool and the tub. Service was pleasant and friendly.I will definitely return if I am in Abbotsford. Thankyou to the staff!

I use this facility almost daily. Great track for indoor running/walking in the rainy weather. Pool isn't huge, but decent. Skating/hockey rink is fun to use. Clean facility, family friendly. Good service

I use the gym and inside track regularly. Even if you go at a busy time it feels pretty spacious because of the open layout. Good selection of equipment for strength training or cardio.

There is nothing particularly outstanding about this rec centre. It is just like every other one you will have been too.

It really needs an upgrade on the equipment and décor . It is getting old and sad looking and not to clean looking. a paint job would help. The prices are to high for such an aging facility.

This gym used to be great. Unfortunately the equipment, particularly the treadmills need to be replaced. Many of the TV's on top long gone, fans not working, incline not working, the bases knocking and pinging while you run on them. When you purchase a gym membership the expectation is that the equipment works. In addition it needs to be cleaned especially the weight room. The water fountains are pumping out warm water. Benches are broken as well, the padding pulling away from the frames. Last but not least they have booked overbooked classes so that regular members cannot use floor space or the rocket circuit fir most mirnings unless your there before 9:00. Nit a whole lot compatable with a fitness program at this place.

The recreation centre has been expanded in recent years and encompasses many things. Pool, Skating, Exercise, inside track, lots of lessons, seniors center, cafe.

I use the Gym quite often. Other family and friends use the gym, the pool and the ice rink quite a bit.

What a nice facility offering weight room, aerobic exercise equipments, open indoor track, basketball courts, ping ping tables, rooms for exercise classes etc. There is also a senior centre offering different programs.Adjacent to the recreational centre is the ice rink and regular size swimming pool with a dry sauna.It is a great place to spend half a day at the gym and te pool.

We experienced the arena but there was so much more to explore in this great facility! Thank you ARC and the Abbotsford Hawks for memories we'll never forget! Great tournament!
