Our crew are very hardworking and always do their best to ensure a great day for our customers, and it's always nice to hear that customers have noticed and appreciated that, thank you. Yes, unfortunately weather and wildlife play a big part in our tour offer, which is why the trip on Kurni-Ku it is promoted as an overall Marine Ecotour where no particular wildlife is guaranteed, just a chance to swim with whatever we find out there on the day, which includes Manta Rays around 97% of the time. The industry here is very conscious of minimising the impact on the Manta Ray and it's natural behaviours, which is why interactions are short and not guaranteed, although likely, and our staff are well trained on reading the behaviours of Manta's we are lucky enough to get in the water with. We’re very sorry that you weren’t able to take part in a tour during your trip Jeremy. As was mentioned in your original enquiry email with us, our tours are subject to minimum numbers, which is the reason why the trip you were originally booked on was cancelled. In the absence of a contact phone number on your booking with us, multiple messages had been left for you at your accommodation in Coral Bay for the day you were to check in there, 2 days prior to day the tour was originally scheduled. It is very disappointing that these messages weren’t passed on, as there was information on other tours with other companies that you could join over the weekend included in the messages for you. Our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience caused, and we wish you the best for the remainder of your travels.
