bullhead city community park

We've been to this park on a couple of visits. It's a great place to have a quick lunch and enjoythe Colorado River.

Park was very peaceful, had a very nice picnic near the lake. Enjoyed watching children play in the water.

First of all it was a zoo. rude people at the boat ramp, the person working the pay booth was rude and not helpful in any way.

This place is extremely clean and never crowded, at times it will feel like you own the place. Nice place to hang out by the river and see some nice views of scenery.

summer on the river is great. you must get there early to get a table at the rivers edge. you can launch boats and jet skis from the park and pull them right up to the table your sitting at. water temp. is around 55-60 so when its 120 outside water feels great.

We like to stop here when we are in town. Best to stop on weekday for close parking and easy access to the River.

The park has been a nice place to stop and take a break during the April River Run. They have some vendors and cold beer also this year they had a very nice car show going on.

Big parking lot, lots of covered picnic tables and water access for wading and swimming in Colorado River. Awesome park! Get there before 10, it fills up! Lots of locals grab a table and then go launch their boats and pull right up to beach. Fun for families! Nice swim area. You can rent Jet Ski's and then pull right up on beach for picnic. :) This is NO FEE! The other park above the Laughlin/BullheadCity Bridge is a day use FEE park, it's beautiful, but has a fee. Bathrooms weren't open when we visited. Bring water shoes, rocky river bottom.
