First time there... Bought the treetop tour through groupon and bought the extended tour after that was over... I am afraid if heights And was scared but loved it... Chris and chad, our guides, were very helpful and great!!! Can't wait to go back!!!

We bought this as a Groupon and overall I was pleased with the value we got from it. The tree top tour consists of several short runs with the long 1000 ft zip being the last run. The shorter runs get you used to the mechanics of being on the zip lines and are quite fun. Unlike some shorter zip line courses, you're in complete control of your speed. The guides are very friendly and make the process of learning how to control you speed very easy. The scheduling process couldn't have been any easier. A quick phone call to the office and it was all setup. They do take pictures of you on the zip lines. The pictures are well done, but a bit pricey. You can get individual shots at $10 apiece or buy a flash drive of all the photos (and they take a lot) for $50. There is an upcharge of $30/person at the end of the long run if you would like to complete the course which include a racing zip. We chose not to do it, but will do so the next time we go back.Overall a very fun time.

We bought tickets from Groupon it said $80 worth for $40. It was a rip off for the Valley Zip Line tours. Very very disappointed. For $80 dollars it was $10 ziplines but they only gave 5 zips which was really $40. If they were clear we would have spent the extra for going so far with the kids totally disappointed.

The staff was awesome and accommodating! We couldn't have asked for a better experience, it was amazing, fun and beautiful!

We had a cousins weekend in Hocking Hills and did this as a group. Most of us had done zip lining before and was excited to take the adventure again! The tour guides we had were so much fun! We had a wonderful experience and would recommend this trip to anyone!

This was my first time zip lining. I was a really awesome experience it is a must do before its too late but it is very pricey (as will any other place you do it) I would definitely recommend the additional lines and the rappelling it is an extra $30. Without that I don't think it would have been worth it (especially at full price. Discounts are on Groupon that expire nov 2014) you can either buy 1 picture printed for $10 or them all on a 8gb pin drive that you get to keep for $50 (which is what pictures at any outing are going to cost you) our tour guides were dan and bink (you can ask him how he got his nickname) they were both nice and very helpful and were always concerned about everyone's safety including there own. There are also mini lines for the little ones at are not high but will obviously be a thrill for the little ones. (Not sure of the pricing)

It was a fun experience, but the cost was out of line. There were two of us, and we used a Groupon. You get six zip line runs for about $40 a person. A total time of probably 5 minutes on an actual zip line. For an upcharge of an additional $30 you get to go on a few of the bigger ones. No Thanks. So, when you look at a day of Cedar Point for $50, and only five mins of zip for $40, it doesn't make a whole lot of sense. You will be there for about an hour to an hour and a half to get the total of five mins of zip time.

First time zip lining, and man, was I impressed! My girlfriend and I took advantage of the Groupon deal that included the first six zips. The day we went was beautiful and our group was small (only four of us, not including the two guides), and we were all able to finish the first 6 zip lines in approximately 45 minutes. The zip lines were great because they started lower to the ground and were shorter in length, but gradually got taller and longer. The sixth zip line was amazing for both it's length and scenery (you get to fly over their log building and pond)! At the end of the sixth zip, you have the option of extending your adventure for $30 and do 4 more zip lines (including the racing zip lines!). I would definitely recommend this adventure company to anybody who may be afraid about going zip lining for the first time (the guides at Valley really care about your safety and want you to have fun), and also for zip lining veterans (they have some of the longest zip lines in the region)!

Had never been zip lining before and thought this was a great first experience. The guides were great at explaining everything and had a great sense of humor. The course is designed so you can build your confidence all the way up to the highest lines. We took advantage of the upgrade and did the remaining lines and it was worth it. Chris and Alecia were great guides and I would request them again!

We had eight in our group. They ranged from 20-65 years of age. Two had been ziplining before but at other locations. There is a nice area for people to wait and watch if they would like. You will only be able to see the final "zip". The staff was friendly and patient with people that were a little unsure.

I went zip lining for the first time here yesterday and it was an amazing time. Make sure you do the full course because the longer lines are better and you start to feel more comfortable.

I took my 2 kids ziplining today. They are 10 and 12. It was a first for all 3 of us. We had a blast. The kids absolutely LOVED it! They can't wait to go back. We will definitely return. Come October the foliage will be spectacular I'm sure. The staff was fantastic. They were so good with the kids. I felt like we were in very good hands. As others have mentioned, for $50.00 you can purchase a jump drive of the photos taken during your tour. The picture quality was terrific and there were a ton of photos. Well worth the $$$ and they throw in a t-shirt too.

This was my husband's and I 2nd visit and this time we brought our 12 and 15 year old. It was fun for both the adults and kids. The guides are knowledgeable and make the outing entertaining. We did the 1 1/2 hour treetop tour which was a good amount of ziplining, especially as it got warmer. You can't take water with you but they do help you safely take a camera. They have a photographer that takes a variety if shots and for $50, we could buy all the pics on a flash drive instead $10 for a 6x9 print. We'll definitely go back.

Chris and Ben were great guides! We had never zip lined before and we had a blast! They were knowledgeable and so personable they made it relaxed and fun. The only downside was, it went by too fast. Next time we go we'll do the whole course.

My fiancee and I had been thinking about trying ziplining for the first time, and after reading reviews we decided on valley ziplining tours. Are we glad we did! We had an amazing experience ! From beginning to end this place is a class act. Our guides, Ben and Chris , were knowledgeable and fun. Their regiment of safety continued throughout the entire tour and did not skip a beat. You begin the "tree top tour" at a lower level to help acclimate you to the experience and gradually work your way up to the grand finale 100 ft. High adrenaline zip. WOW was that a rush! They took some great pictures and the prices are fair. I would just like to point out....we are 53 years old and a bit afraid of heights! Do something great for yourself, and enjoy this ziplining with valley, you wont regret it!
