This course is a great layout, about a 90 minute drive from the strip in Las Vegas. My friend and I have played the gem of the area, Wolf Creek. Conestoga is like a mini-version of Wolf Creek. Whereas WC has spectacular views from every hole, Conestoga has a spectacular front nine with a much more user-friendly back nine. The course was in spectacular shape in February. If you go to the course, make sure you check teeoff.com for specials. They usually run deals for half the price you'll pay on the course's website (with limited times, of course). If you don't want to pay the ridiculous prices to play Wolf Creek, give Conestoga a shot.

Played the course in late January 2015.It is an excellent course that I'd play again. It's a fun, challenging course that is fair. There are a lot of scenic views during the round.

excellent and difficult course. many elevations changes on the course. drives and 2nd shots must deal with shooting over desert. greens seem to have less break than what is seen. staff polite and helpful.

We found this course as part of a Troon membership and fel in love with it. It's a must play course for any snowbirds going through or locals who want a challenge. Located in the canyons of Mesquite it starts out and closes in the open but watch out. It was vistas and drops that with truly challenge any golfer yet show how beautiful this desert is. Enjoy.

Amazing course conditions (fastest greens I have ever played on), customer service, food and price. Book through teeoff.com

We have stayed in Mesquite several times and love the golf in the area. The best course is definitely Wolf Creek, and in our estimation, the number 2 course is Conestoga. Great condition, great layout, some beautiful views and interesting drop-offs. You can’t go wrong with this course.

Played here in mid October as I couldn't get onto Sand Hollow. So I booked Conestoga as a last minute option and was glad I did. From arriving to leaving the staff couldn't be more helpful. The course was one of the best I played on my trip. Most of the holes offered up some challenges for all handicaps but all in all if your a weekend warrior you won't be severely penalised. For the lower handicap longer hitters like myself there is plenty of risk reward. My next trip to Mesquite and surrounding areas will include playing Conestoga.

We had our Thanksgiving meal there this year; they prepared the meal and we brought it home to eat. They also had a buffet, but we chose the prepared take out meal. The food was excellent; excellent taste, fresh and visually attractive. There was also a large amount of food for the price. I don't have a negative thing to say; just a great meal. Also, we had one of their lunch specials a couple of weeks before Thanksgiving, and it was also great with good eat in service; quick and friendly; I highly recommend their restaurant.

We played this course before wolf creek and I was super happy. Quick rate of play. I kept saying if wolf creek is better than this it cant be by much. I was wrong wolf creek defiantly blew it out of the water but this was still one of the best courses ive ever played. Thumbs up and then some. Staff was great as well.

I enjoyed the front nine of this course, I will surely be playing it again sometime. The staff was also very polite.

We played Wolf Creek and Mesquite. These are both very unique courses with fantastic vista of the desert. Conestoga has some stunning holes with drop offs over bluffs and quite a few blinds holes

A close second to Wolf Creek. Its a must play in Mesquite. Some blind shots with some narrow landing areas. Play it safe and you'll be fine.

In fairness this was my favorite because it was a truer test of my less than stellar golf abilities. If you are a single handicapper, this may not be as challenging as a couple of the other nearby courses. I consider this course fair. A bad shot doesn't always penalize you severely. The greens aren't overly contoured to make this a Master's putting contest. The topography is beautiful. Service at the pro shop was top notch. They take your clubs, they load your cart, they give you fresh water. They greet you as you end your round and after cleaning your clubs will even take you to your car to load our clubs in the trunk. A very nice golf experience.

We played as a 3 ball today and found it a challenging but fair courseThe clubs and buggies were in great shape and lunch before hand was goodI think the signage could be improved as there are several places green to tee where you have to guess the routeHaving said that we didn't get lost- but we could have !!I was amazed that there were no changing facilities or showers, which is a pre requisite at any UK courseMaybe Americans don't get changed after playing!!The clubhouse is very welcoming but without changing facilities you wouldn't stay for the evening

This is a beautiful track....but beware if you do not like being restricted to cart path only. On the first tee they tell you cart path only on holes one and 18. While this is technically true, there are cart restrictions on several other holes especially within 100 yards of the greens.....so if you aren't a pro, you will be walking a lot. Also, course is not marked very well... would have thought for the price the carts would have had GPS.
