We went here several times for parties and I can't say enough about how great a job these folks did. I especially loved the outdoor event where you sit under the trees and have a lake. The staff was very accommodating and helpful trying hard to please. I also had the opportunity to stop by one summer day to buy fresh produce and went in their store. How cute and I never even knew it was there. If you are looking for a company party venue or beautiful place to have a wedding, try this place. You won't be disappointed.

A friend and I went to vista ranch and cellars in October while looking for a wedding venue. I was amazed by how nicely put together this place is, the fall decorations were absolutely beautiful! Vista ranch has accommodations for formal weddings or a separate area for more casual events. This has got to be the nicest venue in merced county, I am completely impressed.

We passed through this location to eat something at 10 pm.We found a great entertainment, there was a band playing good music.Well done!

In the summer Vista Ranch has dinners usually on Thursdays and Fridays. Sometimes there are car shows, sometimes music is provided. It's interesting to see the gardens which grow the great produce you'll be enjoying in your meals. I especially like the thin crust pizzas that they cook in their Italian wood fired pizza ovens. There's a tasting room/gift shop and bean bag games for the little ones. You can hold events, lunches, weddings out here very nicely. They'll break out the vintage linens and set the tables under shady trees. In the fall I noticed they had a huge pumpkin patch all decorated, fun for the little ones.

This is an event center located on Highway 140 (Yosemite Parkway) east of Merced, California. It is a winery, event center grounds, and local favorite for tasty cuisine. Besides private partires, there are many local events held at this venue. Each event has opportunity to taste the wines locally produces, and, sample the food - which varies depending upon the event. The personal size wood fired pizzas are excellent - closest to what we have experienced in Italy. We enjoy the Classic Car Show held monthly - nice grounds, outdoor activites, and beer/wine/soft drinks with a nice menu (pulled pork, pizza,tri-tip, etc).

This is probably the best place to open to the public in Merced in a long time. I have been to Oktoberbest, Mother's Day and wine tasting with friends here. With the exception of the service at their busier events, I always have a great time. The food is good, the atmosphere is fun and the wine is excellent. Highly recommend.

We went to The Vista Ranch and Cellars for the first time in September of 2012 and again in early October. Both times we went for dinner and were served delicious pizza. In October there was a German sausage special which included several types of sausage, sauerkraut, and bread. The gift shop is filled with a wonderful variety of gifts for all ages. This is a perfect place to go for an evening of relaxation and good food.

We attended a wedding at this winery. The grounds are very nice and they have some very good food in the evenings. The wine is decent, though I don't think I'd drive all the way out to Merced just for the wine. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They also have a very nice banquet facility and a small house for rent adjacent to the tasting room. The wedding party used the house as a "bridal house" for the wedding and it worked out perfectly. If you're planning on doing a large function of some time near Merced (wedding, retirement ceremony, celebration, etc.) then Vista Ranch has a good setup.
