ol' republic brewery

Picked up a growler of IPA and really liked it. Great flavor and hoppiness and my relatives from out of town enjoyed it as well. It is a great place to get a beer, but the convenience of picking up a growler to take home for dinner won the day.

Great choice of beer all brewed on site. A place for the locals of Nevada City but everyone is welcome. Real beer served in a bar with great atmosphere, friendly and also outdoor seating. Make sure you stop by if you are in Nevada City.

The IPA was only ok but the Chocolate was truly amazing and the Dunkle was fabulous. Definately a must visit for European style beer fans.

Absolutely loved the beers! We tried a flight and it was solid from light to dark. Good friendly local atmosphere and, very nice little patio are for enjoying the fresh mountain air. I'll definitely return when in northern California.
