So what some people call dated I just call retro. There is a very good snack shack with your choice of drinks and food but when they say snack they mean it so dont look for a health kick here but that is part of the fun. It seem family run and that is what makes it fun relaxed and enjoyable. It is never crowed because everything is nicely spaced out but not to far to walk. Took my nephews here and they loved making the golf balls run into the water only to see them pop out onto the green! Yeah they have kind of a step fam friendly but if you are looking for a challenge there is always the difficult course were the whole spins you while you try to put. The batting cages rock because there is always someone nice and friendly to help you if you need to have the pitching machine adjusted and the bats are real well cared for and well patted on the handle not like at the family fun center were my hands hurt after batting one round and the pitch was way to low. The go cart are a bit pricey but they are a lot of fun but if you have long hair make sure its in a braid and in your shirt. My family always has a good time no matter the age or size of group. The rest of the place golf course and batting cage and snack shack are not pricey at all. So it can be a nice evening that everyone can enjoy without breaking the bank. Oh and did I mention they have a waterfall you can walk through without getting wet? You have go have at least one night or day here at the easy pace of retro life!

We were looking for something to do after a long day in the car, so we found the Putting Zoo. It is a bit dated, but it was a good time. There were only a couple people working and they were helpful enough. We didn't need to really have much of an interaction with them. There are two courses to choose from... one on land and one on the water. We chose the one on land. The place was busy, but not too busy. We had some people in front of us and behind us, but it moved at a good pace. They also have some other things to experience (batting cages and mini carts) though we didn't do them. We did enjoy sitting and watching the other patrons however. The place could be a little hard to find... we were quite glad we had a GPS.

We always have a fun time here. Family or date it's a fun time, weather permitting. Good for any age and they do have some snack foods. There are go-karts next door also. Not to expensive and something to do for everyone,

It is a fun place.I won a free game by getting a hole in one on the last hole. They give you a card for next time.If you have kids this is a fun place to go and is just hard enough for golfers to be tested a little.

We played here twice in the last month, just for the miniature golf, and enjoyed it both times. There is a choice of two courses: water course and obstacle course. My husband and I can now say we enjoyed the water course better. Some of those hole designs on the obstacle course seemed just impossible! The rotating platform hole was really hard and hysterical--imagine playing golf when really drunk, and you get the idea!On the water course, there is a very cool hole where you have to hit the ball in the little stream, which carries the golf ball down to a blockage, that is a rail, that brings the ball back onto the course. We were very impressed that it actually works!Yes, the course is old, and worn out in places. Sometime the golf ball gets stuck inside the obstacles, and you have to run back and tell the attendant, who comes to the rescue with a yard blower. This is all part of the charm. I picture little flower children making this place 40 years ago, singing Kum-bi-Yah.Be sure to bring cash. They don't take debit or credit cards, but they do have an ATM machine right there. (double fees--ouch!) They have a few snacks, but no real food so eat first. They could also use a little better lighting in some areas, for evening play, though I am glad it wasn't flooded with bright lights. Again, more charm, right? We went on Labor Day weekend, and I expected it to be packed, with a waiting line, but it wasn't when we went at 7pm. That was great.

I know the owners personally. They are sweet and down to earth and this putting zoo is very fun. I have been there many times with my friends just to hang out and have fun!
