This is a beautiful Catholic Church in downtown Ann Arbor. Masses are offered a multiple times on the weekends and the priests are wonderful. This is a beautiful church to visit and worship.

When I first attended there was chanting coming from somewhere. It sounded elegant and refined. I attended Sunday mass there during the remainder of my 6 month Ann Arbor assignment. The congregation was polite and friendly. One Sunday paperback books were being handed out. I took one. After finishing reading it, I passed it on to my wife who got such meaning from it that she ordered a dozen from the publisher and spread them around in our home parish.

(I'm a local Catholic though I attend another Ann Arbor parish.) First and foremost this is a large, active parish with a full schedule of liturgies. The overall tone of liturgy tends to the traditional (e.g. decorations, organ music, etc.) Parish life is active with many ministries and groups. The main church building is a beautiful traditional Catholic church; additionally there is a parish school and several neighboring houses are owned by the church and used for various ministries. The parish is located just north of the University of Michigan central campus, and a few minutes' walk from downtown Ann Arbor.

St Thomas The Apostle Catholic Church is a WONDERFUL church to attend. Located right here in ann arbor. Saturday's morning mass is 7:30 and 9:00 AM, the vigil mass is 4:30 PM and on Sunday, mass is 7:30 AM, 9:00 AM, 11:00 AM, 1:00 PM and 6:00 PM. The head pastor is Fr. Bill Ashbaugh, he is funny but he drags on the homily. the parochial vichor is Fr. Selvam, his homilies are not bad in length. The Music Director is Lucia Campbell and one of the organists is Andrew Meagher(pronounced mayor). The masses are beautiful, the music's great, the people and staff are nice, what else can I say. Come and experience for yourself.

This is a gorgeous Church. The stained glass and icons inside are equisite. The music from the organ and cantor in the loft floats down as if from Heaven, reverberating off the walls. The history of the Church is interesting. Parking can sometimes be challenge unless you know where the secret parking lot is located. There is a playground near the parking lot. The Church is attached to a K-12 school. This is a place worth seeing.
