If you typically go to a chain movie theater (Regal, etc.), you owe it to yourself to go at least once to the locally and privately owned Zeus Theater. It is an amazing experience. All digital, top of the line projection and sound, combined with a staff that runs the place like a well oiled machine. You will not see a dirty bathroom, your feet will not stick to the floor in the theater, the place is immaculate and the staff will assist you in any way possible (can't all sit together - let them know and they will help, need close captioning - no problem, have a child with immune deficiency and want to try and schedule a showing for local kids with cancer - Brett will help you out there as well). There is a reason people go past local theaters in Charlottesville and Harrisonburg and drive 30 miles to Waynesboro to see a movie - it's worth it.

Zeus is a great addition to Waynesboro. State of the art theatre, comfy seats, even snack deals to woo you. The staff is friendly and helpful. And if you can go on weekday afternoons, you've get a bonus of a smaller crowd.

Visited UVA with our daughter. Had the tour and hung out in Charlottesville. Our daughter wanted to stay the night with her cousin after the football game. My husband and I didn't go to the game and had decided to stay in a hotel. There were NO rooms in Charlottesville. The closest was Waynesboro. It was a lovely 25 minute drive. We had dinner and then caught a movie at Zeus Digital Theater. I truly enjoyed the small town feel here. It was a hopping place! The theater was packed.

We love going to this theater. It's always clean, the people are friendly and the service is top notch. The seats are comfortable and the arms recline as well. Management here goes above and beyond to make sure you have an excellent experience.

The Zeus Theater is a great place to see a movie. The seats are very comfortable and the screens large with a good sound system. It's clean and even when busy, service is good. The bathrooms are also very clean. The concession stand is standard and as expected, pricey. Parking is adequate though getting in and out can be a bit tricky just because of the ingress/egress road design. And now that they're building an eatery on the same parking lot, I'm hoping it's open after the last movie lets out so there's a place to go grab something light.

Obviously this is a spectacular theater facility that is modern and clean. We went to see a matinee so it was a few dollars cheaper than prime time. I know they have to make money on the concession stand and that explains high prices. Make sure the popcorn is fresh as it is the same price prime time and during matinee showings. (It was a tad bit stale) I would also suggest that the staff have flashlights readily available for emergencies and convenience. A young man set off the Emergency Exit Alarm and it took some fumbling and several minutes to get it silenced. I even turned on my flashlight and aimed it their way to help out. Love the facility, just a few pointers to make it even better. Very impressive facility.

It as been some years since I was in a larger theater and this theater was very nice and luxurious. They have tables and couches in the lobby and in the actual theater the chairs are large and rock. There was on incidence in the theater where someone was talking on their phone during the movie though. Those that were around the person told said person to get out or off, which the person did so. After that, the theater staff kept coming in to insure that there were no more issues which is far from what I am used to, which was very nice. I will certainly be viewing movies at this theater when I am in town!

We love this movie theater. There is no better place to watch a movie in the surrounding area. The theaters are extremely clean and comfortable. The concessions are reasonably priced and the service is outstanding. The employees are friendly and helpful, and they go out of their way to make your experience the best it can be. Can't recommend this theater enough. Go see a movie - you won't be disappointed! Sign up for the reward card - excellent program and easy to earn free tickets and concessions!

Evey time I go, I appreciate the cleanliness of the place and the staff is enthusiastic and helpful. The digital screens are very nice and the sound systems is good.

I love this theater! It has been a great addition to Waynesboro. I also appreciate a theater that does not try to rob you through outrageous concession prices. Thank you for having options for those of us that cannot spend so much on snacks. I love the my combo for $5.50. Please stay customer focused and you will do well.

First-run movies at reasonable prices, very comfortable stadium seating, courteous staff, easy parking, clean theaters and restrooms. The $5.50 popcorn and drink special lets you get in and out for less than $15 a person, rare in today's entertainment world. Overall value is excellent. We go there often.

We love having this theater nearby because it is so much easier traveling into Waynesboro as opposed to Charlottesville for a movie; This is a very easy drive without the traffic congestion. The theater is nice with good number of screens for movie selection. In addition they have a small combo with popcorn and a drink that is a great value; it was $5, but I think it just went up to $5.50. This is still a great price to have a snack, since you can pay that much just for either a drink or popcorn. Sign up for the rewards program. We get free food on a regular basis.
