old road antiques

Saw the sign for this place driving down 103 and decided to stop. The owner was very nice. Lots of cool stuff here both in the barn and in the store. They also have goats on the property!They had a lot of glassware, some old signs, books, records, old tools, unique stuff. We ended up buying a bunch of records, an old bar mirror, and a huge saw. They have fair prices and a nice selection -- definitely worth a stop on the way to Sunapee -- it's about 15 min to Newbury Harbor.

We came up for a long weekend in NH and stayed at Old Road B&B. It is an inexpensive and lovely option for western NH. Sarah and Geoff could not have been more hospitable, and their historic home is beautiful and well-preserved. They also run an antique shop in their barn, and we bought several fantastic pieces while there! We highly recommend for both shopping and an overnight stay!
