spring44 distilling

We checked out Spring 44 Distilling on a sunny Saturday afternoon. They are open for tours on Saturday afternoons. They have a tiny bar where they you can purchase craft cocktails made from their liquors. I had one using their honey vodka and it was delicious. We also took the tour and it was really informative. Robin, one of the founders was the tour leader and her enthusiasm for the job was evident. And yes, the tour included tasting... first the water that they use, then the actual product itself.
