I love this place especially in the spring, summer and fall. You get to speak to the farmers directly and ask the questions you want to know about the products they are selling. I am especially concerned about non GMO and organic produces as well as grass fed or pasture raised meat products. There are options here to satisfy me to keep returning. Just keep in mind that just because it is at the Farmer's Market that it is local. Ask questions! Prices are good.

If you love great fresh produce, this is the best place in the Triad for it. Definately worth the trip. Beautiful events in the fall too.

What a great day out, have breakfast at Moose Café, then head to buy fresh veggies and fruit, jams, jellies, fresh bread and baked goods! Then head to my favorite AB Seed, a garden center (but much much more), great unique gifts for the gardener or anyone! Even have lunch or dinner. Such fun!

it’s a small farmers’ market.Nothing fancy. In the winter has about 10-15 “shops” w/ various fruits and vegetables and w/ canned goods, meat, cheese, dry food, etcIn the summer, it goes 5-6 times that, up to about 100 different farmers. They would have fresh vegies and flowers and plants and everything you would expect in a farmers’ market. The size of this market and the location is what sets this one apart from other.

We went on a recent Saturday afternoon. There was so much to check out. The outdoor vendors are definitely the place to get your fresh fruits and veggies.

This place has it all. Awesome selection of fresh LOCAL produce and a nice selection of plants, flowers and garden do-dads. You will not be disappointed as long as you know you will be buying in season fruits and veggies. There is a restaurant on site, but by all means skip it. Bring cash because most vendors only take case and the ATM machine is not always working.

This very extensive market had LOTS to see - plus a huge assortment of goods. The vegetables were definitely not all from local farms - some were being off-loaded from semi-trailers in boxes! The garden and landscaping store had a truly impressive array of beautiful garden decorating ideas, but it was all rather expensive. For us, this was a disappointing trip.

I just love the Piedmont Triad Farmers Market! They have several buildings with fresh produce from various farms who are there every week and outside there are covered areas where you can buy right off of the trucks too. Inside areas always have fresh baked bread, cheeses, jams/jellies, flowers, meats...You can also go to the restaurant on premise too, its a country style place, I love it mostly for breakfast, such fun! And there's an ice cream store, and my favorite place AB Seed, a nursery with all kinds of gardening supplies and fun gifts too for your favorite gardener! Make a day of it, you will wonder why you didn't do this before!

This is not a particularly large farmers market, but, there is a good variety of vendors to choose from. Definitely shop around and sample the product to get the best deal. There are several covered areas that are full of vendors during the spring, summer, & early fall months. The local farmers are friendly and have fabulous prices. There is a garden center that is pricey for what you find, so, I would recommend visiting the vendors under the covered areas and avoid the garden center. You will find great fruits, vegetables, & plants. You will also find a variety of bakers selling cupcakes & breads, fresh meat & eggs, & several goat dairies selling cheese. You will find some of the same vendors there each week and some of the vendors vary from week to week. There is a covered building that is open year round with multiple farmer vendors, a bakery, & other vendors. During the summer their are themed days like blueberry day or bbq day, but, unfortunately a lot of these special events are on Fridays instead of the weekend and it is hard to attend if you work. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the Piedmont area.

This is the second weekend in a row we have driven the 90 miles to the Triad Farmers market. Its well designed, clean and organized. The products are fresh and home grown. Everything from fresh flowers to fresh fruit. A great way to spend a morning. Great convenient parking.

The Piedmont Triad Farmers Market had a lot of variety. There were covered buildings with greenery, trees, bushes, seeds as well as unique gardening decorations. For us, the food was the best part. The blueberries were so sweet. There were many varieties of zucchini and eggplant- some varieties I had never heard of. We bought several types of tomatoes. The peaches were mouth-watering. Many of the food is labeled organic. We tried some goat cheese and even had some ice cream. The food lasted quite a while at home and kept the good fresh taste. We went in the middle of the week in the morning and enjoyed it very much. We plan on going back soon.

Cruise up & down before you buy because there are so many deals to be had. You can save all kinds of money by doing so! But befor you leave there are 2 booths that are a must to visit. Both belonging to the Goat Lady! I never knew how much i really enjoyed goat cheese until I tried a small sample & now I'm hooked. I very possiblly could be their best customer for sure!

A wide variety of items at the farmers market, plants, trees, food, hot food, meats, bakery, cheeses, wine. Overall a huge market.

This is the best place to come get fresh vegetables! They of course are higher than the super markets, but are a lot fresher and some are oranic. The vendors are always friendly. Seems there is always something going on also. This time of year there are pumpkins galore. They even have a pumpkin house for the kids to play in.

Wife, Daughter and I had a great morning of shopping for farm fresh items at the Market, just outside Greensboro, NC. Apples and farm items were there to be purchased. Peaches were on hand and we picked up a basket of fresh ones.Great place to stop for a couple hours and lots of things to look at around the Market area.
