The sale prices are fairly good, knowledgeable employees abound, and the info. handout sheets are superb. The plant and product selections are comprehensive.The pots and notions are pricey, but the store is candy and dog friendly.

Al's has the best selection of plants around. The plants are high-quality and in good condition. I have gone over the years for many yard landscaping and gardening projects. The staff had excellent suggestions for plants for my landscaping projects ("I'm looking for something that grows to be about this big that does well in part shade.") They always directed me to the right place and had great ideas. They also have a fantastic return policy. They guarantee plants for a year. I had a $40 bush die and they replaced it for me. When my dad comes from out of state I take him here so he can experience gardener's paradise.

When I first visited Al's, I was blown away with their selection, quality merchandise, and presentation. But after many visits, I realized that I ended up regretting going there in the first place. Their staff knows NOTHING, check-out lines are long, returns are horrendous. Today, it took me 40 minutes, waiting in three different lines, to do a return. Today was also my last time there, hopefully forever.

Al's is probably one of the best garden centers in in the Portland area and certainly the best in the Sherwood area. Wide variety of plant material and all in nice condition. Al;s has a MUCH better selection of plants than you will find in any big box store. A great place for all your gardening needs. They also have classes on a wide variety of gardening subjects.

I have always been happy with the plants that I get at Al's, they have good stock and good choices and a really good variety. Plus, the people are friendly and helpful. They also have a nice variety of misc. garden supplies and gift items. I can always find what I'm looking for at Al's!

We are from Central California and enjoy going to nurseries when we travel to see what grows in the local area. We also go to get ideas for our own garden and Al’s clerks were very helpful. We found just the items we needed to create a “living wall” for our succulents back home. There were plenty of selections to view and very cooperative clerks.

We have gone to all three Al's locations for years and are always delighted. Can't seems toleave without finding some treasure that needs to be in our yard. Always helpful

The worst hospitality, they don know how to speak and treat the customer, wors t service, dear friends please do not visit this place in ur life time, als club people are worst,they spoiled our mood during our visit

If you go to Sherwood you have to check out Al's Garden Center. It's on Roy Rogers Road. It has everything a gardening lover desires. They carry trees, plants, flowers, patio furniture, all kinds of things. They also have classes for little ones to make crafts and plant flowers.
